Mercury (Management and Provisioning Server)

The Mercury Management and Provisioning Server provides administrative and application services for Bada Networks' IP Multimedia Converged Communication System.

Working in conjunction with Bada Networks' MARS™ (Multimedia Application Routing server) and Venus Multimedia Client Software, the Mercury maintains device and network configuration, provides user information including accounts, authentication and authorization, accounting (CDR), presence and availability services. In addition, Mercury offers
utilities to setup and maintain conference schedules, participant addresses and “buddy list”.

The Mercury server comes complete with a user-friendly web portal to allow the administrator to swiftly navigate, manage and troubleshoot the Bada Networks' IP Multimedia Converged Communication System. To allow ease of integration and synchronization with other programs such as billing and calendar servers, the Mercury can export address book and conference information into standard file and database formats.

The Mercury Management and Provisioning Server provides a comprehensive and easy-to-use set of functions to facilitate network administration and application integration of all management related functions.
